The Board approved a Task Order in the amount of $138,936.50 with Freese and Nichols, Inc. to provide engineering services for the design of approximately 4,000 linear feet of proposed sewer main at Church Road and Martin Road. Sewer extensions into previously unsewered areas directly enable and accelerate residential development.
