The Board awarded Bid 22-60-3300 to Townley Construction Company in the amount of $639,782 for the Parkstone Wastewater Treatment Plant Phaseout. Phasing out smaller, older treatment plants is part of the county’s strategy to consolidate wastewater treatment at larger regional facilities, which increases total capacity and enables more intensive development.
