The Board approved Task Order #3 in the amount of $1,984,804.98 for design of proposed gravity sewer main, force main, and pump station improvements to incentivize non-residential development, funded through American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act funds previously approved October 21, 2021. The use of federal pandemic relief funds to build out sewer infrastructure for development incentivization raised alignment questions about the program’s intent.
