Jon Schaubhut is an American Artist who was born in Lafourche Parish in 1957. Although he was raised in Metairie, LA (Bucktown), he has resided in many areas of the United States such as Boca Raton and Pensacola Florida and current Cumming Georgia. He is a U.S. Navy veteran who served from 1975 to 1982. During his career as a computer professional he also worked as an artist. Upon retirement, he now works as an artist and has shown art at festivals such as Peter Anderson, Blue Ridge and several other art shows.
In 2017 he introduced the Lucky Dogs series artwork with their yellow, purple and green colors. They have been the focus of his creations since 2021.
