1-Deep Clean initial cleans)- includes baseboards, vents, bathrooms, ceiling fans, dining areas, bedrooms making beds, dusting, sanitizing), kitchens and all appliances, cabinet faces and lips, kickboard wipe down.
2-Move in/out- includes all deep clean items; unless large sum of trash, furniture, clothes left behind will incur an extra charge, $100/hour
3-Basic cleans- dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, making beds
4-Touch up cleans- maintaining the deep clean, dusting and vacuuming, bathrooms
5-Air BnB cleans- after party clean will be flat $400. Vomit clean-up of any sort will be an additional $100/hour
Periods offered:
1-Weekly- Once weekly cleaning on a day of customer choosing
2-Bi-weekly- Once every 14 days about 2 weeks)
3-Monthly- Once a month
Cleaning will be done on a rotating basis. For example, an initial clean includes that of a deep clean-will be done on the first visit. The next clean will be a basic clean. Dusting, bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping. This will be called a “wet” rotation with the primary focus being on kitchen and bathroom detailing. The following clean will be called a “dry” rotation with primary focus being on detail cleaning bedrooms and vacuuming furniture; chairs, couches, etc. As well as baseboards and air vents/ceiling fans.
Pricing- pricing will be assessed based on the size of the home. However, move in/out cleans come at a fixed base price. There will be “add on” services available for the customer to choose. These services include; Laundry, organizing, mess pick-ups. These services will be an additional $25 fee.
1-Deep cleans- $220 for 2 bedrooms and smaller, $275 for 3 bedrooms, $300 for anything larger than 5 bedrooms. Basements can be added on for an additional $75.
2-Basic cleans- $175 for 2 bedrooms and smaller, $200 for 3-4 bedrooms, $250 for anything larger than 5 bedrooms.
3-Move in/out cleans- fixed rate of $350 for all sized homes
4-Touch up cleans will be $125 fixed rate for all homes
5-Air BnB cleans- $400 flat rate. Vomit clean up and after party clean up that includes bodily fluid removal and vomit removal will have an additional charge of $100/hour more on top of the base fee.
