The Board ratified sewer reservation agreements for eight residential developers collectively reserving over 110,000 gallons per day of sewer capacity: Fowler WRF recipients included Nivesh Construction (1,080 gpd), Taylor Morrison of Georgia (13,500 gpd), FD Forsyth Owner (8,271 gpd), Rockhaven Homes (43,740 gpd), Toll Southeast LP (30,780 gpd), and Weekley Homes (12,420 gpd). James Creek WRF: Lahari Estates III (5,130 gpd). Manor WRF: EC New Vision Georgia (440 gpd). Each reservation enables additional residential development.
