The Board voted (Semanson and Levent in favor) to approve a Resolution adopting a 120-day moratorium on acceptance of applications for land disturbance permits, development permits, building permits, or any other permit that would result in use of property for a hospital, related health services, personal care home, or institutionalized living facility. This was a targeted moratorium to allow planning review of institutional uses.
