  1. You finish a job. If you use Jobber, ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, the job being marked done triggers the request. If you don’t, you can upload a customer list instead.
  2. Your customer gets a review request by text or email, with a direct link.
  3. If they don’t answer, a follow-up goes out. You set the timing once, and it keeps running.
  4. New reviews show up in one dashboard, from Google, Facebook and other sites, and you get a notice for each one.
