2. Fill in your business name, email, phone, website, a short description, and your logo. Pick the category that fits you best.
3. Submit. We create your listing and your Forsyth Local account at the same time.
4. Check your email for “Welcome to Forsyth Local: set your password” and set a password.
5. We review every new listing before it goes live, usually within a business day. You’ll be able to find it in the directory once it’s published.

No. Please claim your existing listing instead. That keeps your listing’s history and avoids duplicates.

Businesses, nonprofits and independent professionals who serve Forsyth County and the surrounding area. If you’re a nonprofit, tick the 501(c) box when you submit.

Go to My Listing and log in with the email address you used when you submitted your business. The password is the one you set from the welcome email.

On the login screen, click “Lost your password?” and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to set a new password. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

Use “Lost your password?” with the email address you submitted. It sends the same kind of link. If that email address is wrong, contact us and we’ll fix it.

1. Log in at My Listing.
2. Change whatever you need: phone, email, website, address, social links, description or logo.
3. Save. Your changes appear on the site right away.

Yes, from My Listing. Spotlight sponsors hold the only sponsorship spot in their industry, so their category is locked. If you’re a Spotlight sponsor and need to change it, contact us.

You can update it from My Listing. The web address of your listing stays the same, so any links people have already shared keep working.

Each business gets its own listing. Submit or claim each one. If they end up under different logins and you want them together, let us know.

1. Find your business in the directory and open its page.
2. Click Claim this listing, then fill in your name, phone and email.
3. We check that you run the business, usually within a business day. Once approved, the listing moves to your account and you can edit it from My Listing.

So nobody can take over a business that isn’t theirs. It only takes us a minute once we see your request.

Subscribe with PayPal using the buttons above. Use the same business name as your listing so we can match your payment. Your upgrade is switched on within a business day. You can cancel any time from your PayPal account.

Spotlight is limited to one business per industry. See the Spotlight page or ask us.

• A square logo looks best. If yours is wide, we’ll place it on a matching background so it still fits.
• JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 5 MB.
• Use your actual logo, not a flyer or a business card. Text on flyers becomes unreadable at directory size.

Spotlight sponsors get a professional intro photo and video shoot. For everyone else, your logo and description tell your story. We’re working on more.
