The Board voted unanimously to add and adopt a short-term moratorium prohibiting acceptance of Sketch Plats and Land Disturbance Permits on residential properties that received rezoning approval prior to April 13, 2017, but were never developed. The measure was added to the agenda at the same May 15, 2025 meeting as the 180-day residential rezoning moratorium.
